How much does it cost?
Each ironman sets their own price per piece, and you see it before you book. Pickup and delivery is ₹25 — free on orders over ₹499. The minimum order is ₹100.
How quickly do I get my clothes back?
Ironing usually comes back the next day. Need it sooner? Book Express with a pickup before 12 PM and it’s back by 8 PM the same day, for ₹50.
What if I’m not home?
Turn on contactless handover and your ironman leaves the clothes with security or at your door, with a photo as proof. If you miss a delivery, pick a new time from the app.
What if something gets damaged?
Report it from the order within 48 hours with a photo. Every order is covered up to ₹5,000, and our team handles it with you.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancelling is free until your ironman sets off; ₹20 once they’re on the way, and ₹40 after pickup (they bring your clothes back). You can also change the pickup or delivery time in the app.
Can I have the same ironman every time?
Yes. Choose them when you book, or set up weekly or monthly pickups with your favourite ironman. We remind you a day before each one, and you can skip or pause any time.
